Hi Kevin, could you please check if we can upgrade the current ubuntu 14.04 to 18.04 or latest version on hostings.com server?
It seems using old version cause this issue.

1) If you must move hostings be sure to move all databases.¶
The task database(s) are unrelated to Hostings but I use them everyday.
See this app at https://hostings.com/tasks/task.php?a=n
2) Please keep a log of the steps you take to setup the new site so I can document the process in the Hostings Admin Guide.¶
It doesn't need to be detailed, but enough info so any decent developer could recreate the process, if needed.
For example, "copy databases" is enough for that step.
3) cronjobs¶
I am not certain that the file of cronjobs under git accurately reflects the current cronjobs that are running.
Please compare and update git if needed.
Tell me what file under git contains the cronjobs so I can document it.
4) aliases¶
Make sure that /etc/aliases gets ported.
If they are not stored under git please add them to some file under git.
Tell me what file under git contains the aliases so I can document it.
5) password protection¶
.htaccess files must be ported to retain directory protection
For example, https://hostings.com/hm/admin.php
6) Hostings and CG use each other for database backups.¶
This must continue to work. After migration, trigger the backups and confirm that they work.
6a) While you are in there making sure these backups work, make automated backup of the redmine database work (also go to hostings) and send me a copy of the redmine backup.
Use the same rolling 14 days of backups as already in place.
6b) Also setup automated remote backups of the task database from the HM server to the CG server.
Send me a copy of the task database.

- Due date changed from 01/14/2021 to 03/14/2021
I see the certificate now expires March 14th, has this been fixed or just postponed?
